Male Indigo – group programme
Male Indigo Course: a 4-week programme designed to provide support and understanding in a safe group setting.

Trauma-informed approach to create a safe environment

Engage in discussions about emotional and psychological abuse, manipulation, and controlling behaviour

Validation through shared experiences with other males affected by domestic abuse

Supportive space to begin rebuilding and start a new journey
